Back-to-School Program

Every year CEAP hosts a Back to School program, matching children in need with grade appropriate school supplies to help them in the coming year. In 2010, we registered over 2,400 children for the program. We are now entering our 2011 Back to School program, and to make this year’s event an even greater success, we need your help.

Host a Supply Drive:

Get your family, friends, & co-workers involved in a school supply drive. Get creative, make it a competition, make it themed! Here is a list of needed supplies.

Make a Monetary Donation:

Not the shopping type? Make a donation to the Back to School program and we’ll do the shopping for you!

Adopt a Child:

If you’d like to shop for a child of a specific grade or gender, call our Family Services Director at 763-450-3671 to be matched with a girl or boy in your requested grade.

Volunteering:

Please call or email Kay, the volunteer coordinator at the Brooklyn Park office, if you wish to volunteer. Her direct phone number is 763-450-3679 or kay.blake@ceap.com.

CEAP's Back-to-School Program serves children in need in all of Anoka County, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, and East Champlin. Support from the community is essential to the success of this program.
