CEAP (Community Emergency Assistance Program) is a community-based, non-profit agency that partners with other resources to assist people in need.
What do we do?
The agency provides emergency support and facilitates personal skill building and self-sufficiency while enhancing self-esteem.
How do we do it?
CEAP accomplishes this in a caring and respectful manner, with an overall objective of building a stronger community.

Blue Ribbon logo

March 26, 2008, CEAP was recognized as a Blue Ribbon Food Shelf by Hunger Solutions Minnesota. This designation was created as a way to recognize food shelves that offer excellent service to the community and this status is not easily attainable. This award means that when donations are given, our community can trust that their donation is being used effectively and efficiently and also be confident that when someone uses our food shelf, they are treated with dignity and respect.

Did You Know?

Every fall CEAP, and the Caring Tree Program, gives shoppers at Northtown Mall, Brookdale Center and the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes a chance to sponsor a child and purchase necessary school supplies for that child. CEAP's Caring Tree project is the largest in the state.
