CEAP is currently seeing the highest demand for our Food Market in our 52-year history, and our Meals on Wheels service area has increased by 600% since the beginning of the pandemic. Our neighbors need your support now – even more than they did in 2008 or in 2020.
CEAP has partnered with families through difficult times for over 50 years and we know that every neighbor deserves to share in the joy of the holiday season. This November and December, CEAP will share 3,000 holiday meals through our Food Market and provide 3,000 toys and gift cards for children in our community, while continuing to provide the safety net services our neighbors count on us for.
The holiday season is a time when many of us embrace a generous spirit and look within to see what we can share with others. Giving locally is the easiest way to make the biggest impact and trust that your gift goes right to your neighbors. Here's how you can help:
- Make a financial donation
- $25 funds 1 holiday baking kit to make the season warm and joyful
- $50 provides CEAP Essentials groceries with special holiday items for 1 family OR shares 1 Everything Nice Kit with gifts for a child in our community
- Holiday food: Donate classic holiday meal items like stuffing mix, canned green beans, creamed soup, and gravy to round out CEAP Essentials grocery orders
- Holiday baking items: Collect ingredients like flour, sugar, pie filling, and cookie mixes to make beloved holiday treat recipes
- Toys: Every child will receive an Everything Nice Kit with gifts as well as a handmake blanket or quilt, art kit, and handcrafted wooden toy!
- Gift cards: Give the gift of choice this holiday season. Donate gift cards from Target, Walmart, Cub, and Amazon with amounts between $10-$50!
