Whether preparing for a new school year, celebrating a birthday, or caring for a new baby, families can turn to CEAP for support throughout the year. CEAP supports children and families with programs that provide essential resources, special experiences, and a little extra joy.
LearnStrong Back-to-School
Starting the school year with the right supplies helps students feel confident and ready to learn. Each August, CEAP provides backpacks filled with school supplies to families in our community. In 2025, CEAP distributed more than 3,500 backpacks to local students. Backpacks and supplies are donated and assembled by generous community partners and individual supporters.
Toys of Joy Holiday Program
Each December, parents can select holiday gifts for their children during CEAP's Toys of Joy program. Thanks to community donors and partners, families can celebrate the season with gifts chosen specifically for their children.
Birthday Bags
Every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday. CEAP's Birthday Bags include party supplies, decorations, favors, and a birthday cake or cupcakes to help families create a special day for their child. If your child has an upcoming birthday, let us know when scheduling your food appointment.

Baby and Toddler Care Packages
Families with young children can receive Baby & Toddler Care Packages that may include diapers or pull-ups, wipes, and other essentials such as clothing, lotion, body wash, formula, baby food, and bottles, depending on availability.
When scheduling your food appointment, let us know your child's age, diaper size, and any additional needs.
