Resource Center

CEAP has been around for almost 50 years, and in those years we've developed deep partnerships in our community.

When you need a service or assistance that CEAP doesn't offer, chances are we know someone who can help.

You can view resources by category below, or using the side navigation.

CAPI's Immigrant Opportunity Center in Brooklyn Center, MN is offering services to ALL adults living in Minnesota through our Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC)! Contact the BEC to learn about public benefits you might be eligible for and receive assistance with the entire enrollment process. The BEC can help you identify and apply for support with food, utilities, healthcare and more:

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) / Food Stamps

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (EAP)

Medicaid/Medical Assistance

Medicare Part D Extra Help/Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)

Medicare Savings Program
