The Development and Donor Services Manager is integral to the growth of CEAP’s impact in our community and support from individual donors, small to midsize businesses, faith and civic partners. This role will be charged with increasing our revenue from major gifts, sponsorship programs, community engagement projects and volunteerism. The Development and Donor Services Manager is part of the development team that includes the Communications and Development Manager and the Director of Mission Advancement.
This position provides administrative support for the Director of Finance and Administration as well as other members of CEAP’s Leadership Team as needed. Responsibilities include performing clerical duties, assisting with data entry, preparing banking transactions, and other duties as assigned.
This internship program is designed to introduce interns to the inner workings of a non-profit through hands-on experience, education, and mentorship. The program includes presentations from special speakers, professional development support, educational sessions, and culminates in a final project presentation to CEAP staff and board members. Final project topics will be decided by each intern and their direct supervisor. The length of this program is approximately 10 weeks, with flexible start and end dates depending on your scheduling needs.

As part of Heading Home Corps, you’ll help people experiencing housing insecurity to assess their needs, set goals, research housing options and navigate available resources. Housing Resource Navigators are partners who sit side by side with the people they are serving. Individuals who have lived experience with housing insecurity and homelessness are encouraged to apply.
Housing Resource Navigators serve full-time (40 hours per week) and there are opportunities to begin service in August, October or January.
