Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) mobilizes resources, shares abundance, and nourishes neighbors to create a healthier, stronger, and more connected community.

CEAP was founded in 1970 as a food shelf responding to the growing need for human services in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Today, CEAP is a boundaryless organization that weaves together a social safety net to support our neighbors.

Learn how together—with compassionate partners and generous supporters like you—we can ensure every child has the opportunity to start the school year ready to learn and ready to thrive.
